The Temperance card shows the alchemical mixing of heavenly and terrestrial energies within the earth during Spiral Qigong.  These energies mix and blend until suddenly unifying they begin to spiral upwards around the body.  The rise of the golden crown in the background shows the promise of spiritual rebirth.  The alchemical gold symbol on the head of the angelic being represents perfection in human form. The golden irises show the ultimate development of the Golden Flower, another name for the Golden Immortal Body, achievable through inner alchemical transformation.
