The red colored banner in the Sun card shows the rise of central qi that spirals up the body in a counterclockwise direction.  Symbols of the eternal aspect of God/Tao are shown in the solar symbols of the sun, sunflowers and the golden crowned youth.  In Spiral Qigong the practitioner will allow the body to spontaneously move.  Moving freely and unrestricted like a child the healing energies of central qi are guided by the innate consciousness of the body, the collective unconscious.  A naked crowned youth represents the Philosopher's stone and the Holy Grail, Western alchemical symbols of the Golden Immortal Body.
